Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations across Endeavour's EMEA entities
• Partner with the Controller and regional business leaders to support financial reporting, operational decision-making, and ongoing business initiatives
• Prepare financial analyses, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Assist with processing cash management, working capital monitoring, and other treasury-related activities as required

QA Engineer

• Serve as the technical quality authority and liaison across customer field sites, European contract manufacturer sites, and internal quality control function
• Identify quality concerns for first article inspections or before production units ship
• Review assembly, wiring, piping, and commissioning documentation against engineering specifications
• Coordinate findings with factory leadership and document inspection outcomes
• Perform on-site QA/QC inspections at customer data center locations

Quality Assurance Manager

IT Support

• Manage the day-to-day operation, availability, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure and operational services.
• Lead and develop the IT Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Administer and maintain enterprise infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, cloud services, endpoint management, identity platforms, and collaboration technologies.
• Oversee the administration, lifecycle management, and operational support of core SaaS platforms and IT systems, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, technology refreshes, and operational improvement initiatives to maintain a modern and resilient IT environment.
• Manage enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities to minimize operational risk and downtime.
• Partner with the Information Security team to implement security best practices, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring incidents, service requests, and changes are managed effectively while meeting established service levels.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, system inventories, and technical standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, managed service providers, and implementation partners, coordinating on-site engagements and ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Serve as the primary IT owner for infrastructure-related vendor implementations, coordinating resources, validating deliverables, and ensuring smooth transition into ongoing operations.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Applications, Business Relationship Management, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to support enterprise technology projects and organizational priorities.
• Manage infrastructure-related budgets, technology licensing, maintenance agreements, and hardware lifecycle planning.
• Monitor infrastructure health, operational metrics, and system performance, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions that improve operational effectiveness, scalability, and service delivery.

IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager

Controller

• Lead and develop a global accounting organization across multiple regions and legal entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls across global operations to minimize risk.
• Manage intercompany accounting, consolidations, foreign currency transactions, and global reconciliations.
• Lead controllership and accounting activities for international construction projects, including coordination with joint venture partners.
• Partner with external accounting firms to optimize tax-advantaged strategies and support tax compliance across a multi-state and international platform.
• Serve as executive sponsor and finance lead for the implementation of a global ERP platform.
• Partner with IT, external consultants, and business stakeholders to define system requirements, accounting workflows, reporting structures, and control frameworks.
• Lead chart of accounts redesign, process mapping, data migration validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization.

Global Controller

Business Operations

• Configure tools, model data, work fluently inside business software, and contribute directly to ERP reporting and analytics delivery.
• Administer, configure, and improve our BI and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Loveable, Claude Design or similar). Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, DAX/SQL, dataflows, and dashboards.
• Help own reporting against our ERP, accounting, and supply chain systems. Configure integrations, design the data model, build reconciliations, and produce the financial, project, and supply chain reports the business runs on.
• Play an active, in-the-configuration role in the ongoing multi-system implementation. Partner with business architecture, IT, and functional leaders on the rollout of ERP and adjacent software supporting product development and sales.
• Contribute to business architecture work by mapping processes, data flows, and system boundaries across Finance, Supply Chain, Construction, Product Development, and Sales.
• Help define how data flows, evaluate platforms, and shape standards that scale, bringing an informed point of view to design and tooling decisions across the program.
• Standardize reporting across entities; implement automated data checks, controls, validation, and reconciliation across systems; establish and monitor KPIs. Diagnose and resolve data issues with a high bar for accuracy.
• Develop solid operational understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, project accounting, inventory, product development, and construction cost flows so reporting and system design reflect how the business actually runs.
• Help define and implement AI-enabled analytics, automation of recurring reports, and intelligent data pipelines. Apply AI/ML to forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation.
• Work directly with Finance for accurate, auditable reporting; coordinate with IT on architecture, access, and security; and translate analytics into clear decisions for operators across the portfolio and the implementation program.
• Drive adoption of analytics standards and data governance. Produce user guides, SOPs, data dictionaries, and training content.
• Stay current on analytics, ERP, and AI developments. Hold informed views on platform capabilities, trade-offs, and scalability, and be able to defend them with specifics from experience.
• Help set analytics standards and contribute to the roadmap, including AI adoption. Grow over time from individual contributor into a player-coach and people manager as the function scales, while remaining hands-on.
