About the role
- Assist with the operational planning and execution of upcoming sporting and hospitality events
- Support Program Managers with day-to-day planning tasks, logistics, and coordination
- Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning efforts
- Organize, collect, and maintain data related to events, programs, and operational tracking
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office spaces, materials, and event supplies
- Provide general administrative and operational support, including special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field such as Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a similar discipline; Junior or Senior standing preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
