💰 $50,250 - $67,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage client relationships (both internal and external) as it relates to work assigned.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of individual and group air, both domestic and international.
  • Provide emergency and after-hours service to travelers, especially during peak client event months.
  • Coordinate communication of traveler itineraries and changes with client staff.
  • Know and properly use: airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline rules and tariffs, resource guides, books, and industry contacts.
  • Know and can book car service, rental cars and hotels when needed.
  • Accurately and timely data management.
  • Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs.
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with the clients while representing the company.

Requirements

  • Proven record of successful relationship building and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Sabre or similar GDS
  • Knowledge and experience of the airline industry
  • Individual and group booking experience and knowledge
  • Understanding of visa and country legal document requirements
  • Knowledge of general office PC-based programs, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to produce accurate work under stress and meet ticketing deadlines.
