About the role

  • Be the Global Alliance Leader for Microsoft driving transformational engagements with clients and sales teams
  • Play a key role in business development activities and market activation across the USA and Canada
  • Build, define and execute global business strategy with Microsoft
  • Be accountable for the annual order book and revenue target set across the business
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with Microsoft as global alliance
  • Create a roadmap for elevating partner status
  • Define joint business strategies aligned to Microsoft’s priorities and Endava’s growth plan
  • Negotiate and structure new alliance agreements
  • Partner with commercial leads to agree key focused growth programs
  • Play a key role in building accelerators, new propositions and offerings with Microsoft
  • Collaborate with partner marketing team to build annual growth plan
  • Responsible for unlocking funding to support client transformation and growth programs
  • Play a key role in building compelling sales materials

  • Proven expertise in engaging across complex, matrix environment
  • Experience in developing new and emerging markets
  • Proven ability to lead and partner with global client accounts
  • Very strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with high volume and very fast-paced workload
  • Effective team worker and considers success to be delivered through collaboration
