Drive client revenue and margin growth to meet portfolio targets
Own client P&L, sign off deal margins, and ensure profitable delivery
Shape industry strategy with MD and GBDD; align GTM plans to client portfolio needs
Develop and lead Client Partner team with clear performance targets and career pathways
Act as senior escalation point for client delivery, commercial, or service issues
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and inclusive leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, relevant professional qualification, and possibly a postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MBA, or other appropriate business, engineering, scientific, or industry qualification
Minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in client management or a similar senior leadership role
Proven track record of driving significant revenue and margin growth within a diverse portfolio
Extensive experience in developing and executing client strategies that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction
Demonstrated success in managing account P&L and achieving financial targets
Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams
Strong background in client engagement and building senior-level client relationships
