About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Phone outreach to incoming leads, existing contacts and targeted companies.
  • Follow-up on inquiries, event contacts, campaign leads and reactivated contacts.
  • Independently conduct initial qualification of companies based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Accurately document all conversations and activities in the CRM system.
  • Systematically work through lead lists and campaigns.
  • Closely coordinate with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve lead quality.
  • Provide feedback on objections, market insights and call outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in sales, customer service, call centers or B2B customer contact is a plus.
  • Confident telephone manner and enjoyment in engaging decision-makers.
  • Structured, reliable and independent working style.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • High level of commitment and strong communication skills.
  • Interest in complex or technical B2B solutions.
  • Basic understanding of energy, infrastructure or industrial contexts is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
