About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the operational B2B marketing strategy across the entire funnel.
  • Develop our website as a central growth and conversion channel.
  • Manage performance, branding, and communication measures in an integrated and measurable way.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize our paid marketing activities.
  • Further develop and refine our brand positioning and ensure a consistent B2B brand presence.
  • Drive the strategic and operational development of our website, including the design, creation, and optimization of high-converting landing pages.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and continuously optimize digital B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Shape our external communications, including press releases, partner announcements, and planning public appearances.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on branding, website optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Experience in full-funnel marketing across paid and organic channels.
  • Initial experience or a good understanding of PR, corporate communications, or external stakeholder communication.
  • Confidence in building and optimizing websites, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Strong data-driven and structured way of working with a clear KPI orientation.
  • Very strong communication skills in writing and concept development.
  • Good sense for design, visual storytelling, and consistent brand management.
  • Creativity combined with entrepreneurial thinking and strong execution skills.
  • Interest in energy, infrastructure, or sustainability topics.
  • Ideally experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial B2B sector.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
