Lead and consult with the Director of Real Estate & Express Program for full lifecycle project management of new corporate depot construction projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, landlords, municipalities, and other external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, track project costs, provide regular reporting to senior leadership, and provide cost forecast updates during construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and corporate design requirements.
Work closely with the Senior Director, Plant Operations & Logistics and the Area Manager(s) to develop and implement a preventative maintenance strategy for all corporate depots.

Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in construction project management, facilities management, commercial development, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-site capital projects and maintenance programs.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent is considered an asset.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and vendor negotiations.
Knowledge of building codes, occupational health & safety standards, and municipal permitting processes.
Experience in retail, logistics, industrial, or warehouse environments is an asset.
