About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Utilizes data extraction tools to perform in-depth analysis of programs and opportunities in the collections business
- Makes recommendations to improve business profitability or operational processes based on analysis
- Designs strategies to implement recommendations
- Creates and monitors reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor; Field of Study: Quantitative field
- 1 - 2 years experience in an analytical / quantitative role, or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Access
- Experience in designing and running queries
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
