About the role
- Be the second layer between customers and technicians to ensure every job is completed as promised
- Manage and oversee the service delivery for specific product lines
- Review scope of work and service contracts to ensure accuracy
- Match billing with contract quotes and notice even the smallest differences
- Investigate scope of work performed when billing discrepancies arise
- Communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding invoice changes
- Maintain focus on executing end of month billing cycle
- Work independently while building relationships with customers and internal partners, and balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
Requirements
- A great attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Two years of related work experience
- Prior experience in a service business or scheduling position
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office) and interest in learning new technology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Although a college degree is preferred, it is not required; two years of related experience is considered equivalent
