About the role
- Be the second layer between our customers and our technicians to ensure every job is completed as promised
- Manage and oversee the service delivery for specific product lines
- Review scope of work and service contracts to ensure accuracy
- Match billing with contract quotes and be able to notice even the smallest differences
- Investigate scope of work performed with billing discrepancies
- Communicate with customers on daily basis with invoice changes
- Maintain focus on executing end of month billing cycle
- Work independently while valuing relationships with customers and internal partners
Requirements
- Great attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Two years of related work experience
- College degree preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a service business or scheduling position
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office) and interest in learning new technology
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Initiative to develop advanced skills in industry-specific software
- Ability to work independently and build relationships with customers and internal partners
