About the role

  • Master Encore’s value proposition and deliver it with impact
  • Prospect, cold call, network, and generate your own leads
  • Work with executives and decision makers to identify needs, budgets, timelines, and business risks

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new project opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (bonus points for service-based industries)
  • Zero hesitation around outbound prospecting
  • Business acumen and executive presence for meaningful conversations with business leaders
  • A disciplined, process-driven approach to managing a pipeline
  • Independence and time management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort with technology
