About the role
- Lead, coach, and elevate a team of 10+ sales professionals with a clear focus on accountability and results.
- Define territories, sales goals, and KPIs that align with aggressive growth targets.
- Establish scalable, repeatable sales processes that drive consistency across the region.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new hires to strengthen the bench and build future leadership capacity.
- Model “lead from the front” leadership—coaching in the field, joining customer meetings, and closing when needed.
- Deeply understand customer needs and partner with operations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee pricing and negotiation strategies for high-value opportunities.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring the Encore customer experience is always best-in-class.
- Expand market share across the region while deepening relationships with key accounts.
- Drive top-line revenue growth and year-over-year margin improvements.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and shared wins.

Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading high-performing sales teams, ideally at the regional or multi-market level.
- Proven success as an individual contributor in B2B sales, specifically selling services (not products), with the ability to translate that experience into coaching and strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and elevate teams —balancing accountability with recognition and development.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to inspire confidence across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with operations, finance, and other stakeholders to deliver customer and business results.
- Strategic, data-driven decision-maker with strong command of CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Dealhub, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Hands-on leader who balances executive-level vision with willingness to roll up their sleeves in the field when needed.
