About the role
- You develop and maintain sustainable partnerships and customer relationships at the executive level, especially within the public sector and security authorities.
- You identify customer needs and translate them into complex technological solutions that deliver real value for digital sovereignty.
- You are responsible for the entire process — from strategic acquisition through handling relevant public tenders to negotiations and successful contract closing.
- You create comprehensive business plans for partners and customers, with a clear focus on new business, lasting value and meeting agreed order and revenue targets.
- You monitor technology trends (AI, Cloud, Crypto) and actively contribute your process expertise to the continuous development of our strategies and products.
- You think and act like an entrepreneur within the company to position enclaive as a key player in the GovTech market.
Requirements
- You bring at least 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a comparable role in AI, Cloud, SaaS or IT infrastructure.
- You have a long-standing track record of success in system integration and digitization for the public sector (ideally in internal/external security).
- You have demonstrable, reliable networks at C‑level, especially within authorities and ministries.
- You present professionally and confidently, handle communications with complete confidentiality, and negotiate fluently in German (C1+) and English.
- You are a team player with a willingness to keep learning and to take responsibility.
- You possess solid knowledge of digital administration, IT consolidation, federal Cloud strategies and public sector processes.
- Knowledge of the specific requirements of security authorities is a plus.
