Integrity Engineer – Early Career

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct risk assessments to support risk-informed decision-making.
- Use fit-for-purpose methods to identify and evaluate operational risks. These include health and safety, operations, environment, reputation, and financial aspects.
- Support collaborator requests, including problem definition, data collection, application of assessment techniques, and clear communication of results.
- Collaborate with senior team members on continuous improvements of assessment tools and develop new techniques through researching relevant literature, performing feasibility studies, and building business cases for improvement ideas.
- Communicate technical results effectively to department leadership and team members through presentations and written reports.
- Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions, and contribute to value assessments for major investments through risk and benefit analysis.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program based on the accreditation year; preference is given to mechanical, civil, chemical, materials, petroleum, or other relevant engineering fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Highly numerate, logical, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and compile technical reports.
