About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of New Business projects from initial inquiry through design, construction handoff, and post-installation support.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project delivery.
- Define project scope and develop designs, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
- Oversee the customer attachment lifecycle, ensuring coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Field Construction to plan, schedule, and execute projects, monitoring performance against timelines and financial targets.
- Manage financial and operational performance, including cost estimating, invoicing, capital tracking, variance analysis, and input into forecasting and capital planning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or related construction, project management or operational training and/or experience.
- 2-4 years of related experience.
- For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years experience of related experience is required (total of 5+ years).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage multiple projects to defined timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
- Knowledge of pipeline construction, customer attachment processes, project management, and pricing models is considered an asset.
