About the role
- Complete all critical daily gas cycles within set timelines; ensuring all gas day process are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Problem-solve incoming shipper issues related to nominations, scheduling cycles, Customer Interface user administration and any other shipper inquiries.
- Manage administration of constraint management activities; ensure authorized capacity is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, responding to issues with a sense of ownership and proactive support.
- Develop and deliver training for our shipper community and internal clients; provide training for new employees, customers, shippers, receipt point operators, and interconnecting pipelines.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Gas scheduling or other relevant experience is an asset.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to issues.
- Excellent customer service orientation and relationship management competency.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
