About the role
- Provide engineering support to field personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of Region facilities.
- Work with operations supervision, asset and equipment class managers, and subject matter experts (SME) to enter risks into the Risk Register and perform risk assessments.
- Establish working relationships with internal and external collaborators.
- Work with company SMEs to address the engineering needs of the region, as well as continuously improving the company’s SME knowledgebase and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- 4+ years general pipeline and/or terminal engineering or significant equivalent experience.
- High level of personal initiative with ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to regularly shift between planned and unplanned activities while remaining effective.
- Proven capability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines while handling interested parties expectations.
