About the role

  • Execute EnCompass data management for regulatory-led activities (reportable events, inspections, assessments, audits, information requests and commitments).
  • Ensure applicable, accurate information is prepared and uploaded into EnCompass.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and present compliance activity and status reports.
  • Provide continual improvement feedback to internal department processes and document accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with department staff through proactive involvement in regulatory compliance activities.
  • Manage the department SharePoint site and other RAC Management Tools by regularly updating documents, lists, calendars and other site content.
  • Conduct data analysis to support Compliance Management reports, metric data, and analysis of process performance.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for team members using SharePoint, Outsystems, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Research new functionality and capabilities within existing tools and engage with TIS teams to communicate technical issues and requests as required.
  • Business travel required – 10%.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience with a Computer Science background and interest in updating SharePoint, data entry, computer programming and data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or two-year associate degree in a technical field, or a combination of education and experience in computer science.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online with ability to create, edit and organize digital content and identify/resolve common SharePoint issues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Virtual Agents and CoPilot.
  • Experience with Outsystems, Power Apps and Power BI and willingness to provide basic troubleshooting and support.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis to support compliance reporting and metrics.
  • Ability to participate in team meetings and present compliance activity and status reports.
  • Strong communication and ability to engage with TIS/technical teams.
