• Originate, identify, evaluate and implement suitable corporate investment opportunities in cooperation with respective Enbridge business units
• Identify, complete and negotiate potential asset divestitures in concert with respective Enbridge business units
• Lead projects by personally designing and negotiating suitable structures and terms
• Lead transactions and related project teams to complete significant transactions with independent third-party counterparties
• Be responsible for the preparation of Management and Board materials supporting these acquisition and divestiture initiatives
• Monitor and understand energy market fundamentals
• Maintain awareness of energy infrastructure developments including peer activities, acquisition opportunities and competitive landscape
• Lead strategic dialogue and relationships with peers and investment banks
• Direction, training and mentoring of analytical and execution support staff
