About the role

  • Develop end-to-end learning programs and courses
  • Conduct labor market research and job task analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in instructional design and/or Competency-Based education program development
  • Ability to lead curriculum projects and produce strategic, high-quality deliverables aligned with institutional priorities
  • Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum, or Instructional Design (preferred)
  • Experience mentoring others in instructional design (preferred)
  • Background in applied, modular, or performance-based learning (preferred)
