About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven and automated business process solutions
  • Build, test, monitor, and maintain automation workflows and systems
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Document business processes, automation designs, and best practices
  • Ensure automation quality through testing and quality assurance techniques
  • Continuously improve existing automations and identify new automation opportunities
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization of solutions

Requirements

  • BCom in Computer Science, Engineering or related
  • Proven experience with Change Management, Business Process Management and Business Analysis
  • Proven experience with AI (LLM's)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experienced with RPA Technologies
  • Comfortable Developing with .NET, C# and JavaScript
  • Exposure to Cloud Computing Services (MS Azure preferably)
