Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to close-out.
Coordinate resources, schedules, safety plans, permits, and documentation.
Lead meetings and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients.
Provide daily updates and participate in key meetings to ensure alignment.
Support budgeting and cost estimation.
Track expenses, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate billing.
Identify, onboard, and manage subcontractors.
Define scopes of work, lead bidding processes, and ensure compliance.
Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
Champion company processes and quality standards.
Supervise field teams, perform quality control, and implement improvements.
Ensure subcontractors understand technical solutions and company expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.
Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools.
Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.).
Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.).
Experience running control wire following best practices.
Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage.
Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc.; Preferred: Data Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc;)
PMP or equivalent certification
HVAC and Mechanical experience.
