About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain automated Clay workflows to identify and score ABM signals, catalysts, and triggers across target healthcare accounts
  • Design and maintain HubSpot architecture, including lists, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing rules
  • Develop and maintain integrations and data pipelines between Clay, HubSpot, enrichment and intent data providers, and internal systems
  • Analyze account and contact data to identify patterns in signal quality, conversion, and pipeline impact
  • Refine scoring models and enrichment logic based on analysis
  • Lead the technical build-out of new ABM campaigns
  • Audit data quality, deduplication, and enrichment accuracy across HubSpot and Clay
  • Coordinate with Sales Development, Partnerships, and Client Services to route qualified accounts to the appropriate owner
  • Evaluate GTM tools, data providers, and automation opportunities
  • Identify demand-generation technology and workflow gaps and design scalable solutions with Marketing and Revenue Operations leadership
  • Design, build, and operate the technical infrastructure powering account-based demand generation
  • Translate buying signals and intent data into prioritized, enriched, and routed target accounts inside HubSpot

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required; equivalent practical experience considered
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Hands-on expertise administering HubSpot, including workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Experience building enrichment and signal-detection workflows in Clay using formulas, integrations, and waterfall enrichment
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier and Make
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing concepts, intent data providers, and B2B enterprise buying committees
  • Strong SQL or spreadsheet-based data analysis skills and comfort working with large, imperfect data sets
  • Timely and regular attendance
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

  • Minimal travel required, less than 20%
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods in a standard office or remote work environment
