Implementation Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and drive process integration for clients into the product suite.
- Manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives.
- Plan, execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the service suite.
- Manage the timeline, deliverables, client expectations, communicate regularly, and elevate critical issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus.
- Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required.
- Experience with project management tools required.
- Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.
- Knowledge about extended medical terminology required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Regular and predictable attendance.
