About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and drive process integration for clients into the product suite.
Manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives.
Plan, execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the service suite.
Manage the timeline, deliverables, client expectations, communicate regularly, and elevate critical issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
PMP Certification is preferred.
Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus.
Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required.
Experience with project management tools required.
Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.
Knowledge about extended medical terminology required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
