About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- quantitative analysis and predictive modeling of healthcare data to provide management with statistical findings and conclusions
- develop, collect and analyze metrics and data to formulate fact-based decisions
- proactively implement process improvements through analysis of claim and operational data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience with analytics, reporting, and relational databases
- 2 years’ experience working in a healthcare, SaaS or other similar environment.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL Server
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology such as diagnosis code, CPT, claim ID, DRG, inpatient, outpatient, etc.
- Experience with BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik)
- Experience with statistical models and predictive analytics
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Regular and predictable attendance.
