Client Support Representative
EnableCompClient Support Representative retrieving and processing medical documentation for healthcare revenue cycle operations. Partnering with teams to communicate findings and resolve operational issues.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Retrieve and acquire medical documentation from client systems.
- Submit document request lists and monitor outstanding requests.
- Scan, upload, and store medical documentation and confidential patient health information.
- Assist in compiling client reconciliations and preparing reconciliation reports.
- Support prebill work queue resolution for clients, maintaining performance within KPIs.
- Communicate operational findings and escalate client-impacting issues with the Client Delivery team.
- Identify and report client system issues and workflow barriers.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the E360 platform as actions are completed.
- Use multiple systems for accurate and timely data entry support.
- Follow established standard operating procedures and contribute feedback.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management environment preferred
- Familiarity with medical claims documentation and payer/provider data processes preferred
- Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and handle reasonable accommodation for disabilities.
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
