About the role

  • Prepare and retrieve medical records and documents from various systems for claims processing
  • Assist Client Operation Analysts with document management process
  • Support Client Operations Analysts with client reconciliations and work queues
  • Handle confidential documentation and patient health information (PHI)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 year of document control experience desired
  • Experience with electronic document management in a healthcare setting desired
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Regular and predictable attendance
