About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure mobile and endpoint technologies are provisioned, supported, secured, and maintained efficiently.
  • Assist users with mobile device and endpoint-related support issues.
  • Troubleshoot mobile device and application issues.
  • Follow escalation procedures and support workflows.
  • Identify recurring endpoint or compliance problems.
  • Support users in operational and clinical environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline)
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in endpoint management, mobility supports, or IT roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF, or similar EMM platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS device management.
  • Understanding of endpoint compliance, identity management, and mobile application deployment.
  • Experience troubleshooting endpoint, connectivity issues, and external vendor management.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing).
