About the role
- Develop high-performing creative assets for paid campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
- Strengthen organic social presence and engagement
- Align ad messaging with landing pages and conversion funnels
- Continuously improve creative performance based on data
- Ensure that all marketing output is cohesive, strategically aligned, and performance-driven
- Collaborate with leadership, media buyers, and technical teams
- Produce static and video ad creative for Google Display & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar
- Review performance data to refine messaging and visuals
- Develop creative testing roadmaps and manage creative refresh cycles
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or content marketing
- Demonstrated experience creating performance-focused ad creative
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
- Basic video editing capability (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Understanding of paid advertising fundamentals
- Strong copywriting ability
- Ability to interpret performance data and adjust creative direction
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
