About the role
- Conduct structured discovery to understand client offers, target audiences, and KPIs
- Build campaign structures aligned with lead generation or revenue goals
- Develop cold, warm, and retargeting funnel layers
- Implement structured testing frameworks for creative and audience segmentation
- Select appropriate campaign objectives (Leads, Conversions, Traffic, etc.)
- Monitor delivery stability and learning phase behavior
- Develop structured creative testing plans
- Collaborate with clients or internal teams on ad copy and messaging direction
- Test multiple variations of: Hooks, Headlines, Primary text, Visual formats (image, carousel, video)
- Analyze creative fatigue and refresh cadence
- Identify high-performing angles and scale them
- Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting segments
- Monitor frequency, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates
- Adjust budget allocations across campaigns and ad sets
- Identify audience overlap or saturation issues
- Continuously refine targeting strategies
- Ensure accurate Meta tracking implementation
- Monitor daily and weekly spend pacing
- Maintain cost efficiency benchmarks
- Reallocate budgets toward high-performing segments
- Provide structured weekly performance summaries
Requirements
- 2–5 years hands-on Meta Ads management experience
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and creative testing frameworks
- Experience installing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel and CAPI
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or CRM integration systems
- Understanding of funnel-based marketing strategies
- Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
