Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a dynamic change agent and lead business process improvements and cross functional projects
Provide sustained improvement to critical operational processes
Manage multiple complex, high-priority projects within the project portfolio
Manage project budgets, including vendor contracts
Build and manage detailed project plans with clear ownership and deadlines
Manage stakeholder engagement and keep all interested parties informed of project progress, risks, and delays
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the PMO
Coach and mentor junior team members and help foster their professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (or high school diploma with 7+ years of relevant industry experience)
5+ years experience as a Project Manager, with proven track record of driving measurable business improvements
Project Management certifications (PMP preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Experience managing complex change initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrates executive presence and assertiveness, and capable of/comfortable with presenting to Executive and Senior-level leadership teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills required with a heavy emphasis on documentation of processes and projects
