• Purchasing management and procurement: cost-, schedule- and quality-compliant procurement of goods and services
• Obtaining and evaluating quotes and negotiating with suppliers
• Selecting and evaluating suppliers, ensuring high levels of product/service quality and reliability
• Inventory management and warehousing: managing the material warehouse including stock control
• Recording and verifying delivery notes and goods movements in the ERP system
• Participation in the annual inventory
• Processes and administration: point of contact for all procurement-related queries (internal and external)
• Further development of internal requirements and ordering processes
• Performing administrative tasks and supporting building and fleet management
