About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.

- Comfortable with technology, systems, and digital platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Available to work regular business hours (8 hours per day).
- Previous experience with remote support and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
