About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act across the entire sales funnel: SDR, lead qualification, negotiation, closing (Closer) and follow-up
- Receive and handle inbound leads and conduct active prospecting via calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels
- Build relationships with leads through marketing and digital engagement strategies
- Conduct sales meetings focused on diagnosis and solution
- Apply SPIN Selling techniques, rapport building, and persuasion
- Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and KPIs using CRM
- Ensure end-to-end conversion of the sales process, from first contact to closing
- Perform initial post-sale support, ensuring client alignment and satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvements in commercial processes and strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred age: 30 to 45 years
- Bachelor’s degree or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Management Processes, or related fields
- Proven experience as an SDR, in active prospecting, digital relationship management, and closing sales
- Practical experience with full-funnel conversion
- Experience with outbound calling and consultative negotiations
- Knowledge and application of SPIN Selling, rapport, closing techniques (Closer), and follow-up
- Proficiency with CRM and sales metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good spelling, without slang
- Behavioral profile with Dominance and Influence (DISC)
- Self-disciplined, organized, and goal-oriented
- Affinity with leadership that is practical, direct, and objective
- Desired behavioral traits: dynamic and proactive
- Ambitious, focused on professional growth
- Strategic and results-oriented
