About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act across the entire sales funnel: SDR, lead qualification, negotiation, closing (Closer) and follow-up
  • Receive and handle inbound leads and conduct active prospecting via calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels
  • Build relationships with leads through marketing and digital engagement strategies
  • Conduct sales meetings focused on diagnosis and solution
  • Apply SPIN Selling techniques, rapport building, and persuasion
  • Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and KPIs using CRM
  • Ensure end-to-end conversion of the sales process, from first contact to closing
  • Perform initial post-sale support, ensuring client alignment and satisfaction
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in commercial processes and strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferred age: 30 to 45 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Management Processes, or related fields
  • Proven experience as an SDR, in active prospecting, digital relationship management, and closing sales
  • Practical experience with full-funnel conversion
  • Experience with outbound calling and consultative negotiations
  • Knowledge and application of SPIN Selling, rapport, closing techniques (Closer), and follow-up
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good spelling, without slang
  • Behavioral profile with Dominance and Influence (DISC)
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Affinity with leadership that is practical, direct, and objective
  • Desired behavioral traits: dynamic and proactive
