Key responsibilities & impact

Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and email;
Present courses and address prospective students' questions in a consultative and empathetic manner;
Prepare commercial proposals and manage the negotiation process through to enrollment closing;
Use the CRM to record all interactions and monitor the sales funnel;
Follow up routines to maintain a consistent and warm cadence toward closing deals;
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and areas for improvement;
Prepare performance reports and detailed sales-funnel breakdowns;
Maintain post-sale relationships, supporting students at the start of their educational journey.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in sales CRM systems and consultative sales processes;
Ability to handle negotiations and overcome objections;
Experience selling services;
Previous experience in consultative sales (courses, educational services, etc.);
Strong negotiation skills, objection handling, persuasion and empathetic communication;
Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial follow-up routines;
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection to work remotely;
Availability to attend initial in-person training in Méier, RJ (Rio de Janeiro).
