About the role
- Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and email;
- Present courses and address prospective students' questions in a consultative and empathetic manner;
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage the negotiation process through to enrollment closing;
- Use the CRM to record all interactions and monitor the sales funnel;
- Follow up routines to maintain a consistent and warm cadence toward closing deals;
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and areas for improvement;
- Prepare performance reports and detailed sales-funnel breakdowns;
- Maintain post-sale relationships, supporting students at the start of their educational journey.
Requirements
- Proficiency in sales CRM systems and consultative sales processes;
- Ability to handle negotiations and overcome objections;
- Experience selling services;
- Previous experience in consultative sales (courses, educational services, etc.);
- Strong negotiation skills, objection handling, persuasion and empathetic communication;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial follow-up routines;
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection to work remotely;
- Availability to attend initial in-person training in Méier, RJ (Rio de Janeiro).
