About the role

  • Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and email;
  • Present courses and address prospective students' questions in a consultative and empathetic manner;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage the negotiation process through to enrollment closing;
  • Use the CRM to record all interactions and monitor the sales funnel;
  • Follow up routines to maintain a consistent and warm cadence toward closing deals;
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and areas for improvement;
  • Prepare performance reports and detailed sales-funnel breakdowns;
  • Maintain post-sale relationships, supporting students at the start of their educational journey.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems and consultative sales processes;
  • Ability to handle negotiations and overcome objections;
  • Experience selling services;
  • Previous experience in consultative sales (courses, educational services, etc.);
  • Strong negotiation skills, objection handling, persuasion and empathetic communication;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and commercial follow-up routines;
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection to work remotely;
  • Availability to attend initial in-person training in Méier, RJ (Rio de Janeiro).
