About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting of companies
- Identify and approach decision-makers in HR, marketing, and corporate events
- Qualify leads and understand client needs
- Conduct closing meetings
- Log interactions in the CRM
- Support the generation of opportunities for corporate events, lectures, and stand-up presentations
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients
- Conduct performance review meetings with the Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organized and disciplined approach to lead management
- Commercial mindset and ease initiating and conducting conversations
- Interest in B2B sales
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Previous experience as Inside Sales or in a commercial/sales role
- Experience with outbound prospecting
