About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting of companies
  • Identify and approach decision-makers in HR, marketing, and corporate events
  • Qualify leads and understand client needs
  • Conduct closing meetings
  • Log interactions in the CRM
  • Support the generation of opportunities for corporate events, lectures, and stand-up presentations
  • Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Conduct performance review meetings with the Manager

Requirements
