About the role
- Actively prospect new corporate clients (B2B)
- Make initial contact with leads through remote channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media)
- Qualify leads by understanding the customer's profile and needs
- Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Provide consultative service with a focus on excellence
- Schedule meetings and opportunities for the sales team
- Support the sale of financial products
- Monitor economic conditions and market trends
- Update information in the CRM and manage the sales funnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (STEM or Humanities)
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in commercial roles, sales, or prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
