About the role
- Provide customer service via WhatsApp and social media, and occasionally in person
- Present aesthetic treatments and micropigmentation clearly, strategically and persuasively
- Schedule and reschedule appointments and perform proactive outreach to leads
- Prepare estimates and guide clients through to closing the sale
- Complete sales using the payment methods accepted by the clinic
- Record all information in the CRM system, ensuring complete and organized data
- Follow up with clients who missed appointments, identifying and recording reasons
- Manage complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking effective solutions
- Create and publish daily content (Stories, statuses) on Instagram/WhatsApp and in groups to promote services
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, with monthly renewals
- Organize client records and keep the clinic's schedule up to date
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales at an aesthetic clinic (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Sales-oriented profile with a focus on targets and results
- Proactive, able to work independently, with strong negotiation skills
- Organized and responsible with routines and deadlines
- Comfortable with social media and creating digital content
- Knowledge of CRM tools
