About the role

  • Provide customer service via WhatsApp and social media, and occasionally in person
  • Present aesthetic treatments and micropigmentation clearly, strategically and persuasively
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments and perform proactive outreach to leads
  • Prepare estimates and guide clients through to closing the sale
  • Complete sales using the payment methods accepted by the clinic
  • Record all information in the CRM system, ensuring complete and organized data
  • Follow up with clients who missed appointments, identifying and recording reasons
  • Manage complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking effective solutions
  • Create and publish daily content (Stories, statuses) on Instagram/WhatsApp and in groups to promote services
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, with monthly renewals
  • Organize client records and keep the clinic's schedule up to date

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales at an aesthetic clinic (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Sales-oriented profile with a focus on targets and results
  • Proactive, able to work independently, with strong negotiation skills
  • Organized and responsible with routines and deadlines
  • Comfortable with social media and creating digital content
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
