About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute deployment of medium-to-large scope product initiatives
- Develop product positioning, product training, internal communications, and integration into the ongoing business ecosystem
- Develop go-to-market strategy based on project scope and desired outcomes
- Translate strategy into project plans and deliverables
- Serve as project manager of go-to-market activities through execution
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market project teams with product, marketing, training, segment leaders, operations readiness, and other functional areas
- Manage internal product training with product subject-matter experts, including content development, packaging, Allego videos, and engagement with the central Training team
- Develop and execute product communications and product forums, including internal newsletters and showcases
- Develop and maintain a portfolio view of product initiatives to identify opportunities for bundling launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in related discipline or equivalent directly related work experience
- 6+ years of professional experience with project management, communications, training, and/or marketing
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of financial products and services and client-facing experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage, lead and influence cross-functional business partners
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint
- Energetic, flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment, welcomes change, and supports other team members
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable, including CPT/OPT
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace
