About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive and reactive client engagements, campaign outreach, and streamlined processing of client requests
  • Collaborate with experienced advisory team members to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly valued clients
  • Proactively identify financial planning opportunities, gather required documentation for analysis, and coordinate delivery calls with the advisory team
  • Prepare client call summaries, welcome call documentation, and other materials for advisory team meetings and client introductions
  • Partner with advisory and specialist teams to identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate team members
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of service requests to support timely and accurate execution
  • Coordinate with clients, advisory teams, and trading teams to gather cost-basis information, submit requests for implementation analysis, and initiate portfolio implementation and custom requests
  • Facilitate client appreciation efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience in financial services and/or customer experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Series 65 FINRA registration within the corporate-established timeline; current Series 65 strongly preferred
  • Experience working in client service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish trust, maintain professionalism, and build long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple client needs and identify appropriate solutions efficiently
  • Proficiency in, or ability to quickly learn, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and proprietary and recordkeeping systems
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills
  • FINRA fingerprinting required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
