About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive and reactive client engagements related to client onboarding, financial planning, and investor education
  • Lead clients through outreach campaigns and Financial Planning milestones
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to grow and maintain long-term relationships with highly valued clients
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning services tailored to clients’ individual needs and goals
  • Recommend, implement, and review investment strategies aligned with clients’ risk tolerance and financial objectives
  • Track market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investments
  • Assist with monthly audit reviews with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Management to drive relationship clearance, manage customization, and accommodate client requests
  • Meet with clients in person when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years related work experience in financial services and client experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax and income optimization, and estate planning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Detail oriented while managing multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive self-starter with strong situational awareness and organizational skills
  • Exceptional client consultation skills and ability to establish trust and build long-term client relationships
  • FINRA Series 65 required
  • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
  • CFP preferred
  • Proficient in or able to quickly learn Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and proprietary and recordkeeping systems
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Must provide reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace with limited disruption
