About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This externship will provide exposure to the Legal Team at Empower
- Extern will immerse themselves into the Legal Department and support tasks and projects for the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in law school at a college or university and pursuing Juris Doctorate
- Available for a 12-week externship Fall semester 2026
- Desire to experience an in-person office environment
- Interest in learning what it takes to be successful in business, particularly financial services
- Strong partnership skills with an ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently on an externship project
- Proactively ask questions and seek help in order to successfully achieve goals and objectives
