About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with highly compensated participants
- Benefits Consultation: Work with executives to optimize their benefits initially and annually. Be the benefits expert, providing additional support to the Executive Planner(s) you work with
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the Executive Planner by developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of the executives
- Investment Management: Recommend, implement, and review investment strategies that align with risk tolerance and financial objectives. Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investments
- Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management strategies
- Team Leadership and Development: Support your team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC©) required
- Registrations/Licensing: FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 63 and 65, required
- Life Insurance Licensing, preferred
- FINRA fingerprinting required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Proficiency in financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro, Naviplan, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
