About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define enterprise commercialization strategies across multiple product portfolios
- Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities
- Shape go-to-market strategy with Product and Sales leadership
- Lead commercialization planning for strategic initiatives
- Advise executive leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Lead enterprise initiatives spanning multiple business functions
- Design enterprise enablement frameworks supporting Sales, Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Relationship Management
- Establish enterprise messaging standards, commercialization playbooks, and readiness models
- Develop measurement frameworks demonstrating business outcomes
- Represent the organization with executive clients and industry partners
- Build strategic partnerships that expand market reach
- Mentor senior leaders and influence enterprise priorities
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert in Product Growth & Enablement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercialization, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales Enablement, or related strategic leadership roles
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise commercialization strategies
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders across complex matrix organizations
- Exceptional executive communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills
- Recognized subject matter expertise in commercialization, product growth, and market enablement
