About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer
- Build diverse talent pipelines through compelling job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing strategies
- Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards for consistent selection decisions
- Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles
- Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
