Focus on deepening customers' relationships with Empower
Support Empower Personal Wealth sales team and work toward sales-related goals tied to incentive compensation
Opportunity to promote to Senior Financial Consultant and increase income potential
Use CRM and internal systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales (preferably inside sales)
Current FINRA licenses and/or ability to successfully obtain FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within corporate-established timelines and complete FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
Motivated, self-starter with ability to learn new information quickly and independently
Demonstrated sales, relationship management and customer service skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to engage with customers
Previous experience with inbound and/or phone-based sales (preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to quickly learn new systems; prior experience with SalesForce a plus
Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the qualified retirement plan environment

Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection and adequate home work environment required
