About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Sales partners to produce comprehensive, high quality proposals
- Manage overall project requirements and communicate proactively
- Coordinate internal strategy meetings and outsource questions
- Format documents and oversee project milestones
- Ensure output is consistent with required proposal standards and business objectives
- Support a range of project complexities
- Perform review of proposals to ensure accuracy of data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in RFP/ pre-sales
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills
- Understanding of investment and retirement terminology desirable but not compulsory
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and draw from several resources to create simple, unified, persuasive output
- Build productive internal/external working relationships
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
