About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development of user-centric content that enhances the overall user experience across digital products
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and product goals, translating these insights into effective content
  • Collaborate with the brand team to establish and maintain a cohesive and consistent tone of voice across all digital touchpoints
  • Conduct content audits and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, UX content standards and user experience best practices
  • Provide direction and mentorship to a team of UX content strategists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into the overall design and user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, with a focus on digital products and user interfaces
  • Proven experience in leading and directing UX content strategy for large-scale projects
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful content strategy projects and a deep understanding of the impact of language on user behavior
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for content decisions
  • Experience conducting user research to inform and validate content decisions
  • Familiarity with design tools and processes, collaborating effectively with UX/UI designers
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, UX Design, or a related field (master's degree is a plus)
