Key responsibilities & impact

Performing daily BAU, Quality checks & audits for all Payroll Services activities
Follows-up with various stakeholders for timely resolution
Timely escalation for any delay or issue
Responding to email questions
Participating in the onshore call when needed
Setup of Complex Payroll, Enrollment and for all new clients or make changes to existing clients
Audits all Payroll Service activities for existing clients and new clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
Excellent problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
1+ years in financial operations
Good understanding of 401(K) Defined contribution will be an added advantage
Degree from recognized university
Intermediate Excel and basic knowledge of Access & SQL
Flexible to work in US shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST or 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail required
Excellent time management
Results oriented
